This can be related to a memory issue or the video file itself.
- Please close all the activating apps on your device, and reboot your device. Then, try it again.
- Please try with other video files and check if the error still occurs.
If the error happens only with certain videos, follow the steps below.
- Mute the video and try it again.
- Trim one second of the beginning or ending part of the video and try it again.
- Please save the video with our another video editing app, VDIT(No need to purchase Pro version). Then, import it to intoLive and start editing again.

Tip. Once the problematic video has been converted in VDIT, it should work fine when imported into intoLive.
